I placed an online order and my order was ready before the quoted time. I was greeted as soon as I walked it. Several employees... asked if I had been helped. Love me some Bruno’s but c’mon man…4th time I’ve ordered carry out or delivery and had to return to have them remake the... pizza. Consistent, quality pizza is not your forte and this is definitely not a one-off night. Assistant manager even chewed outthe cooks for consistency. Guess the moral of the story is check your pizza before you leave the store…As a business ownermyself I would be embarrassed if I was running this local pizzeria. Kids were on their phone’s in the back while handling thedough. No kitchen etiquette or sanitary considerations at all! Workers disrespecting the manager in front of me as I sit here.Assistant manager stated he won’t charge me to redo the order and forgot to put in the re-order…at the very least you remakethe order at no charge & offer to have it delivered!!! Tonight was the 2nd time ordering from them and again, I was disappointed. I ordered taco pizza both times, both times should of... been no tomatoes, and both times there were tomatoes on the pizza. This pizza was the worst, all ingredients were in thecenter of the pizza. Waited an hour for delivery, so did not want to wait another hour for new pizza so didn't bother callingin. At this point not sure if I will order from them again. I can understand being busy on a Friday night, but PLEASE do notlet the quality of your products go down!! Read more
The food is great at a good price. Our family enjoys going here. The only complaint I have is someone's it takes a little while... to be seated but once you have been seated and the server comes the service is great. When we have been there it's always clean.We usually go around 4pm and there usually are 3 or less other tables probably in-between rushes. We will continue to enjoytheir food and keep up the amazing work you guys do. Read more
