Fun Irish pub in downtown Bismarck. Standard draft beer offerings like Guinness and Smithwick's as well as Finnegan's from... Minneapolis. Plenty of unique and seasonal cocktail offerings. Unfortunately, we stopped for lunch so we didn't try any. Foodwas decent. I got the rustic beef barley soup and we shared the fish and chips. Soup was good, especially on a cold day. Thebreading on the fish was flavorful but I found it a bit thick. The tartar sauce was great and the waffle fries were crispy. I got the Guinness Irish Stew and my boyfriend got the Shepard's pie. Both were delicious! The beer came in a frosted cold mug,... and I appreciated that small attention to detail because it makes the beer even better. Good atmosphere. They also brought inquite a few elements of a traditional Scottish pub while also still appealing to Americans. 10/10 would go again. Read more

Stopped in here for a quick late lunch while driving through North Dakota. The waiter/bartender was friendly. Our food was very... good and came out pretty quickly. The restaurant was clean and looked like it would be a fun place to hang out at in theevenings. They had an outdoor patio but because it was hot out, we chose to sit inside. We used to come here years ago and it was great! The food, drinks, service but it's really gone down hill. The food is like... you'd get at a mom and pop dinner. Not authentic Irish dishes/food. Looks unappealing & tasteless, like it's frozen, straightout of a box then popped in the microwave and brought to you on a plate. Horrible! Over priced for the poor quality of food theyserve. They don't get many people for dining anymore just the loud college crowd in bar area and it's loud. Really hard to havea conversation with someone your with. Really annoying. Not worth experience or the food. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
