Customer Service was fine. Chicken tenders and French fries were inedibly over salted. Provided dressing was inadequate to... cover the salad and hide ancient tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and more - which should have been tossed hours ago. The diningroom ice machine was empty. Decor was upsettingly odd, especially the pictures of burning structures. Perhaps anything softwould have absorbed the annoying cacophony din of the dining room. I preferred having not have dined in house everbefore. Additionally, it has been about seven years since I had take-out several times at another unit of Zaxby's. This is byfar the worst unit in which I have sought out alimentation. And probably the last and final one. Read more

I've been to many locations, due to children and travel. This location is not only the worst for service but I'm beginning to... not care for the chain as a whole. Not enough training or the young staff just don't care! Take your pick... sorry. 45 minutesis not in line with Fast Food!!! Read more

Zaxby's! Boy is it good chicken. We had to wait, but it was well worth it. So delicious.

Waited 26 minutes inside to get my food. Recommend ordering online to avoid the busy lunch hour crowd. I ordered a number... three. The boneless chicken wings were noticeably cooler than the fresh fries and chicken tenders. None of my food tasted old. Read more

I always love Zaxby?s and will be going back but never to this location again. Susan H. Should not be working in customer... service. She was rude and acted offended when I ordered. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my food and when I did I was givena tiny piece of chicken in a bun with a slice of cheese twice the size. This was not even close to what I had ordered.
