Got a biggie bag while gassing up at Pilot. The service was friendly and fast which was a good sign. The burger was great and... substantially large for the price I paid. The new recipe for the fries was a welcome change and improvement. The nuggets anddrink were also good and they were generous with the sauce. Thanks for the great lunch! Read more
Worst service ever ! Made me wait 10 min and 3 orders later to watch the three people after me get there food and on the last... one after me his order was wrong. 19$ they tried to give me a drink fry and burger without the rest of my order and when Icomplained instead of making it right the cook decided to run his mouth like a high school punk and the manager gave me my moneyback and told me to leave making myself a first responder and vet my wife and son figure out the next restaurant to eat at . Strike 3. This location has messed up our orders every time we come here. First time they didn?t give me tomato on my spicy... chicken sandwich and didn?t tell me the were out when I ordered this sandwich. Just gave it to me missing toppings. then theydidn?t give us a toy in the happy meal? then my fiancée didn?t get lettuce or tomato on her sandwich at all? and no one told usall three of our meals would be missing items from them?.. then today they finally got our food/ meal correctly only to take asip of carbonated water with no syrup (sprite). So we have already left the drive through and on the highway to eat a meal withno drink since there sprite machine wasn?t changed the syrup bags? won?t be a next time because every time I go to this locationmy order is messed up. Stopped the other day on the way home to Sumter from Florence. We used the drive through and had no problems and everything was... so smooth. The employees were so nice and respectful. They actually forgot something in our order and when we went back to getwhat was missing they took care of it with no issue. Compared to the Wendy's in Sumter this place is great! Read more
