Not happy that they actually charge you the price of a full soda just to get tap water. They also force you out after 30 minutes... but close up around 6pm at night so the only access is the drive thru. Feels like a military drill sergeant owns this store andthey care more about efficiency and profit over customer satisfaction. Read more
Stopped by for a late dinner while on a roadtrip. While eating our burgers I mentioned that mine tasted funky. Almost like nail... polish. Husband says his does as well so we throw them out. Diarrhea ensues. Currently still on toilet fighting for my life.Staff was friendly. Food was not. Read more
I hardly ever give really bad reviews, but this place is well deserving: Rude staff, horrible service, they charge for a water... cup! Our orders to eat in sat in the counter for a long time I had to get up, go look at the receipt on the counter and get myorder when they never called it out as being ready... Even the locals have bad things to say!! Avoid and eat elsewhere! There'sother options that MUST have better service. Read more
We were passing through the town and the kids wanted to stop by at McDonald?s and grab something to eat. The staff was either... new or they did not care about their customers. 2 of our orders were placed on the counter without the order number being calledout for over 10 min. By now our burgers were cold. So I asked for a replacement that is hot. The lady at the counter turnsaround and tells me not to complain when I questioned if they made new ones or reheated the original. So unprofessional. Oh,BTW, don?t ask for a water cup, ?water costs money at this McDonald?s.? First time ever that I?ve seen McDonald?s charge for asmall cup of water. And no refills on drinks. We were going to dine in but the play area was closed off so we took our food to go. Had a foam piece from their headset in my... son's Happy Meal, manager wanted to give me another Happy Meal but we were grossed out and didnt want no food I wanted a refundand manager had a bad attitude about giving me a refund (on the Happy Meal not my entire order). Unbelievable bad service. We stood at the door of the restaurant at 6:45 pm. Door was locked, but the restaurant should be open... until 7:00. While we stay within walking minutes from the venue, we didn?t bring our car. As a creative solution we walked tothe drive through. In our country they would still consider us customers and would serve us. Not here in Bishop. We were simplyignored. No explanation, no excuses whatsoever. Cars took the other ordering line and we just stood there for ? nothing. Weended up in the Taco Bell?s. There they were able to serve as as human beings. Read more
This is the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. The workers are apathetic and rude. It is dirty and the food is... awful. My son gave the cashier cash with $2.55 due in change. She stated that she didn?t have change and actually said, ?I don?tknow what to tell you. Just deal with it.? Fortunately, another patron saw this and came to the rescue with change. There isalso signage around related to time limits and refill policies that make you feel like a criminal just for being there andbothering them. this is a McDonald?s that depends on passing tourists who don?t know any better. Service is fast, to use restroom you need a code. The code is on your receipt if you order in the restaurant. The receipt from... mobile order doesn?t have it though. You can always ask the cashier. It has a nice little in door playground for children. Read more
