A little confused on how the restaurant was set up when we first walked in, but was able to finally figure it out. Great variety... on the menu. Ordered the rib/chicken combo, the knuckle sandwich and a side of sweet potato fries. The bread on the sandwich wassuper soft and wonderful. Was able to enjoy every ingredient on the sandwich and?..it was huge!! Highly recommend it. The ribswere yummy as was the chicken. All the sides, potato salad, ranch beans and slaw were really good. Dang this is a good palace. Good value and great staff. It?s an order at the counter sort of place and the food comes out... really fast. I got the Walker Texas Ranger Burger with Parmesan Garlic Fries and wow, just wow. Burger was perfectly cooked andtopped and the fries were some of the best I?ve ever had, but you have to eat them fast as they are swimming in garlic infusedoil. Read more
Recommended to me. Stopped by. Easy location right off the Main Street. Plenty of sitting inside and outside. Ordered the Walker... Texas Ranger burger. Took a trip to Bishop, CA and wanted to try something different. This was definitely something different then the usual burger... you get in Southern California. The Burgers were juicy and flavorful and the sandwich was fresh and full of meat with awesomefries. I recommend trying this restaurant if you are passing through or visiting. Read more
We were very exited to have lunch here. Skipped Mammoth, believing that we will get better food fir a reasonable price. The... pricing is the same as Mammoth, the food was surprisingly less what we expected. They claim that the main signature dish isrotisserie chicken, so I ordered it. During ordering I was wondering why no chicken was in the rotisserie getting ready. Thecashier said, we just took it off. Hmm, believed him. When I git my chicken, it was rather cold than warm, the white meat wasdry and rather tough. The skin on the leg was missing, and the rest of the skin was shriveled and seemed not being on the grilllately. There is a difference and a fresh rotisserie chicken "just taking down" from the grill is not that way. Felt beingtaking advantage off. Waste of time going back and pointing it out. Such a great burger place. I would say it?s the best burger I?ve ever had! As an Asian, I?m not a big fan of burger, but I came... to this place in two consecutive days (Only staying in Bishop for 3 days). Patty is really juicy. Buns are toasted with cheese,really tasty! Sauce selection is also great! Everything is so harmonic in the burgers. Also love the fries! First time havingGarlic Parmesan fries, really unique flavor, definitely a thumb up. This place is AMAZING. As a former line/traveling cook of 8 years, this place has it going on. Food and atmosphere is chill,... lots of locals coming in to eat shows that it's also loved by the local community. Food and Service was top tier forsure. Staying in Bishop for a few days and was looking for someplace I could get vegetarian and decided to try their Unburger. Had it... without the bun, with fries and a garden salad. Service was quick, the place was clean and the food was great. Read more
