Bagels hard and stale! Toasting stale bagels does not make for a good rating!
This is one of the worst dunkins around. Drive throughs take absolutely forever. Food is often stale or incorrectly heated. Last... time I went I was behind four cars in the drive-thru and it took me 15 minutes to get out of there. Obviously need more peopleworking between 7:00 and 8:00 on weekdays. Silly. Read more

Came here this morning around 7:30. Ordered some food and iced coffees. We kindly asked the woman at the drive through what kind... of wake up wraps we could order. (Wanted to know what we could put in them as the menu doesnt say) She replied, ?We have themall.? No help there. She then sighed very loudly. So we asked more specifically what proteins they offered. She replied in anasty attitude what they had. Really disappointed as we havent had an interaction like this at this location before. Maybe shewas having a bad day, but horrible customer service. Also, when we got the window, she took her mask off to do the transaction.Not sure why she needed to do that. Definitely not 6 feet apart. Read more
