I had signed up for their promotions and received a BOGO offer for their sandwiches. Ordered two classic Ham and Swiss. Love... their ham and it was delicious. The lady that waited on me friendly and asked questions as she constructed them to ensure theywere what I wanted. She was so nice. Even got 2 pieces of cake for only $5, moist and scrumptious. Had a big event for a client. This place was wonderful, Rachel the manager is making it right that's why I'm leaving them a 5... star. When I order from here DO NOT use Ezcater. I had a person call me from there yelling at Mr over my order of lemonade. Iwas starting my presentation and he was yelling. I had to hang up and he had the nerve to call me back. The crossiants were alittle on the harder side not all of them. I will return because the customer service from Rachel was great. Read more

I grew up Fenkell and Parkside walking distance to the original Honey Baked Ham. But time expansions and improvements occur some... great and some not so much. As far as locations no problems great physical updating but the recipes and selecting products todiscontinue. PLEASE BRING BACK THE TURKEY SALAD. WE, IN MICHIGAN LOVED IT AND WANT IT BACK! Leave more CHUNKS OF MEAT in the hamsalad. The last ham salad I bought was TOO MUSHY, NOT ENOUGH TEXTURE. EATING IT ALONE, THERE WAS BARELY ANYTHING TO CHEW ON.LEAVE SOME CHUNKS OF MEAT TO CHEW ON.
