Went in there to get a couple hot and readys and they said it would be a 10 min wait. Waited 20 and went back in for them to... have served 4 people prior to me even though I had paid. The girl working the counter was super rude. I ended up getting arefund and left. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more
So normally I try to leave positive reviews - I mean what are you expecting for a $7 pizza right? Well actually the pizza was... fine???? My issue was that I ordered and paid online and received an email that read as follows: ?Your order 318 is ready!Please see an amazing cashier for your pizza. Thank you! Thank you!®? I walked in and 2 girls standing there no one saidanything to me so I said ?Hi I?m here to pick up my online pizza.? One girl handed it to me without saying a word and then Iasked for a couple of napkins which she handed me without saying a word. Had I not just got this email saying ?see an amazingcashier? Pizza is good. However,Just tried to go in for pizza and a lady and man were sitting in the way of the place and would not move... thereby preventing my entry. They should not be allowed to take up a parking space and extending their chairs into the drivingarea. Read more
This location sold me moldy sauce and is giving me a very hard time with my refund. Jolisa is not offering any solutions and... will not provide information on how I can obtain money back. My four year old was able to eat some of it before I could grab itfrom him. This is a serious issue! Read more
Worst and most disrespectful service at a pizza place. They need to shut this place down. I feel bad for the employees...shame... on the franchise owner. I order at 3:30 pm and arrive at 4:10 for a projected 4 pm pickup. I find a closed door with a notesaying ?CLOSED: OPEN FROM 1-8 PM.? 5 minutes later, an employee approached my car and asks if I need help. I express that Isubmitted an order a while back and was confused. She snaps back at me with attitude that the store will open in 20 minutes, asif it is my fault that I didn?t check the hours. The website let the order through, google said they were open, and even thenote on the door claimed they were open. Insane how rude she could be given all of this. Proceed to wait 45 more minutes fororder to complete. After receiving, 3 orders of wings were in bbq instead of buffalo. Politely pointed out the mistake. Noapologies by the employees. Just silence. Just went through 2 hours of insane stress, spending 50 dollars and will never return.Do not give business to this franchise owner. Read more
Hello everyone my name is Jina. Please don't order from this store. The pizza that I had ordered was to moist, greasy,... nasty and doughy. The cheese was not fully cooked nor the pizza. Top that off there was a roach in my pizza. I talked toEmma who claims to be the manager and Ella R. the worker who happens to be my cashier they told me to bring the pizza back upto the store for them to look at it to order for them to remake my pizza. I went up there with my client whom I am acaregiver to he stated that it made him sick. I asked for them to give me a hot and ready pizza or remake my pizza over andhave it fully cooked and brown they told me no! I couldn't even get my money back and when I called customer service theywere close. Ella stated to me that the pizza would have been ready in 10 to 15 minutes and the manager gave my client theundone pizza in 3 minutes. As I got home my client took a bite out of his second pizza and noticed a roach! Unbelievable! As customer service if our pizza is something wrong with it , it is the manager job or worker job to remake a better onefor the customer especially when I paid $22.51 for my client to eat for lunch. Do NOT come here. The staff is absolutely horrendous. At 730 the two female employees working on 11/30 were telling customers... they're not taking anymore orders.
