This is the worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. Every time i come to this location in the Palisades, they are either rude or... refusing to work because its getting close to the time they close. They close early every night around 9:40. Even though theironline and on their door says 10pm. Everyone at this location should be fired and get people who are ready to work. I registered the app for Zaxby's and received a coupon that had to be scanned for a free snak meal. So, I was in the drive thru... &;when I pulled up to the window for the employee to scan. She told me the scanner was broken. So, I had to go inside. Theemployee wouldn't grant the coupon because it expired. But that wasn't my fault. I told her I came because their scanner wasn'tworking. Downright terrible experience. Went inside with my 5 year old son today, Sunday 9/25/22 at 110pm. Not busy. Ordered 2 chicken... finger plates. Restaurant was completely gross. Stuff all over floor, trash overflowing from cans. After waiting 40 minutes(seriously!) I went back to the counter to make sure that I didn't miss hearing my number. The person working the counter, saidthat they hadn't called me and were 'waiting on chicken". The condition of the restaurant combined with the service caused me towalk out the door without my order and go to Guthrie's (which took 5 min and was excellent) across the street. Intentional closed early due to the long drive line when they could have provided better customer service. Advertised that they... are opened to 10 p.m. However locked the door and stopped taking drive they orders. Ridiculous!!! Read more
