This store is nasty! They hardly had any flavors and under the flavors was old melted ice cream with sample cups sitting in it.... The mop is sitting out, but the floors are so sticky you can here everyones shoes sticking while you walk. The 2 employees wereon their phones the whole time. The tables were wiped with a sour rag that had left water all over. We had to dry the table withnapkins. There is no excuse for that! Read more

VERY unsanitary location. We were the only people in there?.not one table clean, toppings and old sticky melted ice cream all... over the floor and dispensers, dead roach laying in the middle of the floor- yet the two girls working were sitting on thecounter on their phones talking. We sat on the ground outside to eat it was so nasty inside. (Only reason we actually stayed andgot ice cream was because it was our son?s request as a celebratory great ballgame, otherwise would have turned right around andleft.) Read more

The girl with the blue hair closed 2 hours early and didn?t have anything out when we got let in. She needs to be fired or at... least told what to do and when to do it. Her running that store by herself is going to get you nothing but bad reviews. As aperson who works the front of the house register like her I know better than to do things like that and not to mention shedidn?t speak not one single time when we came in or were at the register. Yummy yogurt with lots of varieties in flavors and toppings! Very clean as well. The only thing that needs to be worked on is... the customer service. We walked in and the cashier just stared at us. Didn?t greet us or anything. Same thing when we went tocheck out, didn?t say anything to us until we spoke first. Read more
My kids and i love this place! Everyone is always friendly, its always clean! We visit at least once a week. Oh and it doesn't... hurt that they offer a rewards program and tons of money saving coupons!!! Read more
