I will never use this wing stop or any other after what I witness yesterday! An employee got angry with a customer & threatened... physical violence to the customer! It was not provoked by said customer! The female employee acted completely ignorant! The food is good the staff has an attitude. My fiancé went in 15 min before they closed to get wings and the employee told him... that he would not place his order because it takes 13 to 14 minutes to cook and at that point it would take him one minute pastclosing time and he just said ?I won?t do it. It will put me a minute past closing time.? Then he just walked away and turnedhis back and left him standing there. Food is always good just make sure you pick up your order. Both times I have gotten delivery it has been late. The last time it... was delivered to the wrong house, so they redid my order and then it was never delivered. Apparently they use DoorDash. Read more

The food is good once it arrives but 40 minutes after I placed order is ridiculous. . The staff needs to be re-trained. It... seems they are working on one order at a time only yo start the next once the first is completed. If they could multitask andwork on numerous orders at the same time they would be alot more successful. I wish them the best but it's got issues of timemanagement. Read more
Service was lazy. Did a pickup order and paid extra for ALL FLATS. Guess what I received maybe 3 flats. "3". Wings were decent I... will say that but I like to get what I pay for. We used to go to WingStoo in Austin Texas at least twice per month. It was one of our favorite places. When we heard we were... getting one here in Inverness we were very excited. I must say, the new store is not what we remember. Like most restaurantsthat start off great, over time, corporate profit demands and big deals usually show up in a cheaper product and less attentionto detail. The employees at this new store were friendly and hard working so I don't fault them. With Baumhowers just a mile anda half down the road, WingStop needs to step it up if they want to survive in this market. Read more
I ordered for delivery from the Wingstop website, it never arrived. The notification says it was delivered but there was no... food, no picture, no nothing. After 2 hours on the phone with both Doordash and Wingstop, I was told that my case would bereviewed and I would hear back from them. I never did. I lost $30 in the process. I hope the driver enjoyed the wings he/shestole and I am angry that I paid for the Thief's lunch. This was the 5th time I had ordered from Wingstop website and will bethe LAST. If there is no guarantee that I will get my food, why on Earth would I ever take the risk? Read more
