Food is fresh and service is great. Drive thru line is always long, but that's to be expected when it's this good.
Quick service. No wait. Hot food. Correct order. (Dec 2021) 8 months later, my orders here have never been wrong until today. I... was heading home from work and stopped here. I never order bacon. Ever. Because of my beliefs, I always am sure to order eitherchicken or plain cheese burgers. I do not eat, touch, or engage with anything that has pork in/on it. The woman at thedrive-thru repeated my order and I confirmed. But she, apparently, rung up something different (JBC instead of Junior CheeseBurger). In good faith, I left without looking in my bag. After getting home, however, I checked my bag and noticed there wasbacon on my burgers. Saddened, I returned to the restaurant with the untouched sandwiches and explained the situation. Thecashier handled things beautifully although one of the other staff members rebutted that I had ordered the JBC when I, in fact,didn't. The latter made me feel a bit sad. It was completely unnecessary and rude, especially since I was not belligerent orobtuse in any form or fashion. But, I will keep the 5 star review because this was one bad experience out of many goodexperiences and again, the cashier at the counter was very professional and kind. (Aug2022) Read more
We went through the drive through (see what I did there ????)late last night and I feel like I've been serviced by this man... before, from his accent you can tell he his not from Alabama . He does his job so well, maybe a mngr. He repeats the order back,speaks clearly and told us what food was where in the bag. My sister and I both spoke nicely of him. You can tell he does goodthings for this Wendy's. Our food was good. Read more
Best fast food place I've ever been too Good food, Great workers
Just like other Wendy's. The staff was friendly, the tables and floors were clean; We ate at around 3ish and there were hardly... any people so it only took about 2-3 min. for our food to be prepared. Read more
The food has consistently been fresh and delicious! The frosty machine is always working. The line moves really fast! The guy at... the drive thru window always checks the bag before he gives you your food which prevents you from getting the wrong order. Read more
You guys are always making good food, and have friendly employees, but I'm just a little disappointed, since the drink machine... didn't have the flavor I wanted, but other than that, it's alright!! Read more
I did enjoy the food. I also think 7th Ave has a better taste. Not sure why.
