I wish I could leave a lower score. I?ve been to probably 100 different WH locations and this no joke is the worst one. This... review will probably never be read by higher up but if so, they need to completely clean house with staff. Every staff memberhere is rude and hates their job apparently. I?ve tried to go at various times anywhere from 9pm-10pm to 4am-5:30am. Each timeIm informed they can?t take my order because a server isn?t there even tho they have 4 people there(I guess no one can writedown a order?) or they have to clean? Doubt it consider the place is nasty. Looks like I?m not the only person with theseproblems either, reading over other reviews. Read more
We ate late but they did an amazing job !
This place was terrible. My friends and I came to get something to eat after we had a good night. The lady once we came in told... us it was takeout only. We were okay with that option. I went to go get some menus to look at so we can order. The other ladycooking was telling my friends that they couldn?t sit at the bar and have to order at the end at the register. We understood thesituation but the lady cooking still repeating herself and was basically yelling at them. We were upset and left the business.My other friend was still going to order and another customer came in to use the restroom. The lady cooking told her shecouldn?t use the bathroom. My other friend had gotten upset about that and left also. We were wanting to continue our traditionand get at Waffle House to have a good night. The ladies in the building was African American (like myself) and my three friendsand the last wanting to use the restroom, we?re white. I am very disappointed in this restaurant and will never be coming backto it. It was terrible attitude and disrespectful. Read more

If I had the choice I would have gave not one star. I am disappointed in the service here. I am an early bird n I am staying at... children's hospital with my sick kid several morning I have went to WH to get breakfast to find the lobby close but tell me whythe door said we open at 6 a.m but the doors r locked? People r in there but they look at u crazy like what do I want. Someonein charge need to check into this u r losing a lot of sale by this. We got parents, grandparents, ect... Staying for weeks nmonths at a time. N on top of that everytime I would trying to get breakfast at WH u got bums hanging out in front of thebuilding bumming for money or cigs. It getting old I have been here for 15 days now n it never fails. Read more
