The best! I love the croque madame or the almond butter and jelly. And the Mississippi syrup one is an amazing sweet one.

Overall, I am disappointed. I was expecting more from an establishment with biscuit in their name. The biscuits were extremely... dry, to the extent I?ve had better biscuits at fast food restaurants. It was almost impossible to swallow without the preservesthat came on the side to cushion every bite. If the price point wasn?t what it was, I would have lower expectations. Staff wasfriendly and coffee was pleasant. Read more

What a great lil spot! Best part- no wait! A bunch of brunch shops in the area had a 30+ min wait and here, we could order and... sit immediately. The biscuit blend is definitely unique, in a good way. It's a little wheatier than the usual blend so it's niceto have a twist on the same ol same old! Must try! ????if helpful, thx!???? Read more

What can I say, this place is fabulous! I?m a frequent visitor at the Alabama Biscuit for a few key reasons: exceptional... ingredients (house made everything without added artificial anything), excellent customer service (always friendly staff, neverbeen disappointed), and it?s literally the best biscuit in Alabama. Potentially the best sandwiches as well. Easy 5 stars! Read more

Found some breakfast at this cool biscuit place. Most dishes were served on a biscuit sandwich. I got a 'bacon du jour.' I love... the egg's yolks gooeyness! Heather grabbed a goat cheese, honey, and pecan biscuit. The coffee of speciality is a sorghum latte. It isn't sweet but it had a great mild taste. I recommend for anyone around Birmingham. Read more
