Overall, I am disappointed. I was expecting more from an establishment with biscuit in their name. The biscuits were extremely... dry, to the extent I?ve had better biscuits at fast food restaurants. It was almost impossible to swallow without the preservesthat came on the side to cushion every bite. If the price point wasn?t what it was, I would have lower expectations. Found some breakfast at this cool biscuit place. Most dishes were served on a biscuit sandwich. I got a 'bacon du jour.' I love... the egg's yolks gooeyness! Heather grabbed a goat cheese, honey, and pecan biscuit. The coffee of speciality is a sorghum latte.It isn't sweet but it had a great mild taste. I recommend for anyone around Birmingham. Read more
