The food was fine but the staff were extremely rude. This was the rudest service I?ve ever had in my life. I was told by several... people, not to go to that location because the workers are rude but I never expected that high of disregard for the customers.It was appalling. Gave this location another try as I was nearby, the customer service took a complete 180degree turn. I guess they improved on... their customer service. Friendly employees in the store now. Give this store a try again!! Read more
I've got an interesting story for this Subway. I had never been to this subway before, but my friend has been a couple of times... since she lives nearby. Her and some of her friends have had problems with this subway, something always happens at this subway.They tried to warn me about this subway but I really wanted a sandwich so I ignored their claims of the subway lore. My friendordered one foot long meatball sub to share, Online, at around 7:15 (they close at 8), the pickup time was 7:35. We get there,the two women working there are glaring daggers at us, as if it were a crime to come in and order a sandwich at subway.Apparently they didn't have the sandwich. They were out of meatballs, and had tried to call us but we didn't answer (my friendgot the call but didn't think much of it). They offered to refund the sandwich, we still wanted a sandwich so we asked for thebacon chicken and ranch sandwich. The older worker said we couldn't do that because it was a different price, so we had themrefund the last sub and then paid for the new price. The other worker started making our sandwich and she goes "do you wanteverything thats on the chicken bacon and ranch?" we said yeah cuz that's what we ordered and she starts listing off theingredients. They do not say ranch, they say baja sauce, we didn't think much of it. The worker asks "what kind of bread do youwant, we only have white" (????????????) my friend goes "well, I guess white?" And at this point we're both trying so hard notto laugh. The worker asks what cheese, my friend says provolone. The worker says "OK", looks down, "we don't have provolone." Sowe get pepper jack cuz why not. We have it toasted, while that's happening some poor kid walks in with his headphones in andstarts walking around to the end. The works start asking him to "come this way" no other direction, and starts yelling at himwhen he doesn't understand what they meant "THE FLOOR IS WET" the older worker yelled at him eventually. Absolutely rude employees (3 ladies)! Showed us attitude when we went in and were throwing vegetables on the sandwich. Didn?t... make the sandwich as needed. When we asked for a refund, they refused and said we do a remake. DO NOT GO THERE! WASTE OF TIME,MONEY, AND ENERGY!!! Read more
