The worst service in I ever experience walked in and was not greeted and acted like they didn?t want to fix my food young guy... black was singing rap music out loud and playing in his hair and young black girl act like she didnt want to work and both ofthem fix my food neither one of wash hands and at the point it doesn?t set right with my spirit I am really up set and whiteyoung guy walked to the back he seen me come in that i don?t know what?s wrong with that picture at all. You got 2 stars because it was clean and workers were nice, so my husband said. I should have learned my lesson but didn't. If... you go yourself you have a better chance of getting a good sandwich. Ordering new sandwiches is also a mistake. I sent mthusband for the new Turkey Sandwich. It had what looked like boiled turkey on it, Jalapenos, that were not ordered and evenafter picking them off sandwich was too hot and the reason I ordered the sandwich, Avocado. It had about 1-2 tablespoons thatblended with the lettuce and could barley taste it. I live 1 mile away and my sandwich was already soggy. Read more
I like Subway and this location is good, just don't order online for delivery. Either go in to order or select pickup for your... online order. I was missing half my order and the receipt in the bag wasn't even the full recipe I needed to submit thefeedback through their survey process (can't even get a free sub for my feedback). Every single time I show up at this location after work, and well before 8pm, it?s closed. This has happened three times in the... last month. Today I called at 7:40 to place an order for pick up and no answer.... so I called again... and again... no answer.I finally arrived and the lights were on and the girls had ignored my calls and had already shut everything down and were justsitting there. This is a great Subway, we?ve been here twice this week and both times it has been great. The sandwiches have been good with the... right amount of toppings and condiments. We live in Helena within 2 min of the Subway and will continue to drive the extra 8miles for this one. Great job. Read more
