Wednesday, I went to Subway, the one located in the Trussville Walmart, for lunch. They're not busy, and that was the expected... because I got there kind of early and I ordered right at 11:00. The two employees that were working had a great sense of urgencyabout them. They had several orders coming in through their takeout option, as well as two more customers behind me and theynever missed a beat. They're very good at what they did and they worked well together as a team. Although I hate Subway keepsraising their prices, they have no control over that and more than likely feel the same. Could not help but notice ño one had their hair covered. Is that not mandatory when working with food any more.
We went to the Subway in Trussville Walmart A young African American Lady that was behind the counter did not even look up at... us, no one else was in line she was standing about 2ft. from us writing something, after at least 4 minutes of waiting for herto agknowlege us and take our order which she never did we left. Just had horrible customer service at this location. 2 mins ago. She was in the back, it appears she was washing dishes. I had... to yell back there to get her to come fix my sandwich. Then I ask for Italian Herbs and cheese bread, she rudely says" I donthave Italian Herb and Cheese." Then I ask for 2 cookies, she proceeds to ring me up without acknowledging I asked for cookies.The total comes to 6.38 with 2 cookies and sandwich, which she has yet give me, I asked how much the meal was and she re ring itup as a meal which was .7 less. I let her know I would do the meal, she took my cash gave me my change and walked off. She didnteven say thank you. I told her your welcome, she kept walking. Terrible service. Read more
