Super friendly employees & very clean store. Impressive!! Delicious drinks. It was especially nice that none of the employees... were complaining about having to work on Christmas Eve. Instead they had Christmas music playing & were super super nice! Read more

Love these guys! They're always super quick and really sweet. Exactly what I need before work! A quick pick-me-up! A double-dose... of some sweet tasting, caffeinated heaven, fueling me up to go fight the good fight against death, disease, and famine. Onward,I say! Usually I have no problems with this Starbucks. However today I got a trenta dragon drink with no ice. For years I have always... gotten my iced drinks at Starbucks with no ice so that my drink will not get watered down at work. I have always ordered it andhave never been charged differently than the regular price, however today when I was going to throw away my receipt I noticedthere were 3 upcharges of .80 cents. When I asked about it the black woman (I am only listing race for descriptive measures bc Idid not see her name tag) who made my drink said that it was bc I got no ice so that's extra charges for to the drink to fillthe cup. My drink was not even full and also was not fully mixed. If you are going to upcharge someone almost $3 let them knowwhen you're ringing them up. It's one thing if I am informed of an upcharge and order it anyways but another just to add it andexplain only when asked. Not to mention she had an attitude. If this is Starbucks protocol, that is completely fine but justinform the customer. I've worked customer service and worked at a coffee shop before, you always let a customer know. It justwas not a good experience, and her attitude was unwarranted. I didn't even act rude in any way and even said thank you forletting me know, but I wish you informed me when I was ringing up I might have done a smaller size or something. Read more

I am on a big road trip right now with my dog in tow. Dogs aren?t usually allowed in places that serve food and this Starbucks... location doesn?t have a drive though, but the folks at this Starbucks were so kind and were able to serve me even though Icouldn?t bring my dog inside. I love this Starbucks. It usually takes a little longer to get your drink (because it?s in a target so they tops have 2 people... working there) but it?s always well worth the short wait. I?ve been here many times and never had a bad experience. The baristasare always so nice and make my drinks perfectly and with care. What prompted me to finally write a review was Ash making me thebest caramel macchiato I?ve ever had. Read more
