Staff is always super friendly and my food/drink orders are always correct and tastes great!
The staff was polite but the drink was terrible. I had order a basic mocha frappuccino, but it was so water down i thought I was... drink bitter water. The croissant was good. You can't mess that up. Read more
I waited in line for at least 20 minutes. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. I got ice blended coffee. There?s no caramel, and... there wasn?t any whipped cream. I asked if they were out. They had just assumed i didn?t want it. They put the whipped cream onfor me, but failed to add the crunchy topping. It?s horrible and the service was not friendly. Read more

The location is a franchise of sorts operated by Sodexo, the food service intermediary working on contract for the university.... As a result, the service is not and will never be up to Starbucks's standards. This is less about the quality of the food &beverages, and more to do with the quality and friendliness of the servers. I personally have only had to deal with slowservice, but that could happen at any time during a rush. The worst stories come from others; I have heard of them not evenoffering a cup of water for security detail at events. At other foodservice locations in the same building and operated by thesame company, not even students are charged for that. It's a pretty good summary of the apathy and disregard the employees havefor their customers. Another critical issue is that this location doesn't accept Starbucks's own rewards program, which isextremely annoying after having signed up for the program just for the convenience of the location being in the same buildingthat I work for. I've personally made a resolution to never purchase another item at this location again. Read more
