Not only does this location close at 5pm, making any "After 5" or "After 8" deals useless, the last few times I've attempted to... go over half the stalls were out of order. More often than not I can't even use my app to order at this location, so I can't usemy online rewards or deals. The last time I did order, it took 20min to get my food. Went into get a quick bite to eat. The Sonics employee appeared to be the only person taking orders and getting them out to the... customers. There may have been a cook but I couldn't tell. But bravo to that crew. I know that many places are short staffed,they handled it well! Read more
The staff is sorry as hell. I have been to this particular location and was told that they are only taking drink orders. One... day they said they didn?t have a cook. They also made me wait on 07/25/2021 for 30 minutes for a plain Super sonic combo. Theburger was hard and the fries was cold. I asked the young man to have them remake it I had to wait another 30 minutes. When Ihit the red buzzer to ask to see a manager. The manger was so rude she wouldn?t let me get a word out. Every time I visit shecut the intercom off when you are still talking. You all need to demote this young lady. In fact she should be fired. Read more
