Sat in a stall for a few minutes looking at the menu. There weren't any other customers, either in the drive through or stalls.... I pressed the red button to order and no one ever responded. The screen said it was activated but after waiting for 5 minutesfor someone to speak we left without ordering. Read more

I placed an order on the mobile app, arrived at the restaurant and parked in a stall as the app states. I typed in my stall... number and was informed that my order was still being prepared. About 15 minutes passed and my order disappeared from the app. Ipressed to call button on the screen and was told to come to the drive through where I waited another 12 minutes for an orderthat was placed prior to my arrival. Why have stalls if you are only taking drive-through orders? Why would the app state parkin a stall if the customer is told to use the drive-through after already waiting for their order at a stall. Very inconsiderateof the customers time. It?s called fast-food for a reason. My total encounter time was 32 minutes. I will not waste time at thislocation again. Read more

Great during the week but during the weekend it?s a bunch of kids not taking orders correctly outside talking to their friends... and the little girl in the window didn?t know how to ring up orders or count change! The drive through was wrapped around thebuilding and they were all playing around! Read more

My slushie was fine. My onion rings were terrible! Full of grease and chewy. I threw them all in the trash. And the guy...... didn't even try to bring me my change lol I mean, it was only $0.13, but it was mine!! Read more

This has to be one of the worst franchise locations I have ever been to. They are always out of ingredients and half the time... cannot complete your order. The staff here are either incompetent and can't efficiently complete their required job duties orhave absolutely no regard for the their customers time or convenience, the wait time here to receive you our order is ridiculousand sometimes reaches up to and excess of 25 min. My burger was cold and sonic blast was already half melted when they handed the meal? Their drink machines was also broken that... day. The cashier was friendly but besides that the food quality wasn?t worth the long drive thru wait. Read more

This was the first time I've ever been to this location but the drive thru was fast and they had one of the best grilled chicken... sandwiches I've ever had at Sonic. Now if they all could catch on, ESPECIALLY Roebuck. Trussville is next best. Read more

I know things have changed due to COVID, but each customer needs to be treated correctly and get what they paid for no matter... what. I stopped by Sonic on Valley Ave on my way out of town Saturday 9/11 around noon to grab lunch. When I got ready to eat mysandwich, this is what I got. (See attached photos) A cold sandwich?.REALLY Sonic staff (would you want to eat a cold sandwichthat supposed to be warm???? It wasn?t lukewarm. The cheese it proof that the sandwich was cold. No matter how long the line is,no matter how busy you are, you will be blessed for doing your job right, but lose it and possible cause the store to go out ofbusiness and everyone will be out of a job if YOU FAIL TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT.
