I <3 Saigon Noodle House. We are regulars and go about once or twice and month and always have an awesome experience. We always... get the chargrilled spring rolls, B5, P6, and also some boba at the end. Food is always amazing and we always get the bestservice There is an lady with glasses who always serves us and we love her so much and always enjoy seeing her. Good service. They got me napkins without prompting. The bun was delicious. The sauce is light, and the fish sauce brings the... umami, without being overpowering. The pork is unfortunately dry. I will probably try the pork patty next time. Read more

When we are visiting Birmingham With my mom, who is Vietnamese, she prefers to have Asian food. Now that?s typically not an easy... resource to find. Mom has dementia and is your worse food critic and has ? no filter??lol It was a wonderful surprise to seeher enjoying her spicy lemongrass chicken dish.
