The food is good and the drinks are great. I have never visited this restaurant and was disappointed. The staff is amazing! ... Say hi to V behind the bar if you are reading this. RagTime is my version of Cheers. The crowd is always a good time and the servers and bartenders are great. Haven?t had a bad... meal yet, and have tried over 2/3 of the menu. I love seeing all the friendly faces, especially Sue who?s personality couldlight up even the darkest corner of the moon. What an amazing experience! Starting with the Hostess who went above and beyond to seat us on the patio. She is so fun and you... can just tell she is experienced in managing large crowds. So nice to dine out where Staff members are on top of everything.Thank you. Great job Read more
Food was good! Staff great for the most part, only my second visit! Today a co-worker and I went here for lunch. I had ordered... our food online to go. I stated to my co-worker I wonder if we can eat, here. We saw no signage saying otherwise if you orderedto go, it must be eaten away from the restaurant. We found a spot and sat down to eat. There was this particular hostess keptcoming out, kind of looking at us. Some people came to sit and dine and after she seated them, she stood by them and said to us,to go orders are to go and next to we need to take the food to go. I waited until we finished our food and walked to the storenext door. On the way back she was cleaning an area and I mentioned to her that it wasn't what she said it was how she said it,she stated what other way could I have said it. I stated to her, you could have said, hello, I hope you all enjoy your food, butfor future, when orders are to go it must be eaten away and not as dine in. She became sarcastic and repeated me and walked off.I went in to speak with the manager on duty and two other people came out, but then the same lady came, stated V will come tohandle, but she is going to finish her lunch first. Greatest part I was hoping to help her understand, customer service is stillgood to have in the world today and she failed miserably. Surprisingly GREAT! Food is top quality, super friendly service, indoor and outdoor seating. Most Buffalo wings are average good... anywhere you go, but the wings here are the best, hands down. And their shrimp cocktail is top quality. Super flavorful burgersand sandwiches! I'm making this my go to when I travel this area! Read more
Ragtime Cafe has a really awesome atmosphere. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I found this place based off google so... it?s only right that I write a review. Lunch is busy but they are fast and effective so I had no problems with waiting. Iordered the lunch special for the day: Meatloaf, fried squash (which I subbed for the twice baked potato), Mac&cheese, greenbean casserole, and cornbread. Read more
