Food was good and prepared in timely fashion. Guy that brought the food out was nice. Guy that took our order seemed to be a... mute and mumbled as he attempted to talk. I pressed him to speak up and he finally mumbled a little louder. He probably spit inmy food but thats fine. Hasn't hurt me yet. Not sure why the manager put him at the register. He'd be better off sweeping thefloor or something where he just had to use his eats and take instructions. Read more
The food is good but the service is lacking. I ordered curbside and I called the number like it said on the sign. The man that... answered said they were still working on it. I sat outside for 15-20 minutes before going inside to find my order was waitingfor me. I get all the way home only to find out they forgot my husband?s dessert. Great food! Yes sir! So, I went to Newks to use a birthday coupon I had. I ordered my favorite pizza, the famous "the DEBRA!" If... you have not had it, please do try it. ???????? It's Deliciousssss. Good food and I liked that I.could go inside to order and eat on Sunday when all the other places I tried were drive thru only.
A lot of contactless options! Needed a little more direction though. You have the option to order online and dine in, but the... directions left a little uncertainty about what steps to take. The food was really good, I got the Newk's club and my daughtergot the Little Newk's pepperoni pizza. The restaurant was a little chaotic also, a lot of movement, but food wise it was a nicechoice. This Newks location is located near the Kirklin Clinic downtown Birmingham. The food is delicious and made fresh to order. All... of the cooks wear gloves, a huge plus! There are many items to choose from on the menu: salads, soups, sandwiches, deliciousdesserts, etc.... this restaurant is very clean. The employees are very accommodating and very friendly and have wonderfulmanners. The music is not too loud which is another big plus! You will not be disappointed if you visit this place! Quality of the food was not good. I had half of a sandwich and soup. I would advise you to never fall for that trap because the... sandwich will look pictured or smaller because it's supposed to be a "slider". The meat was maybe 2.5 inches long and an inchthick. Very disappointing. Read more
Walked here from UAB after a doctors appt. My sandwich (the Newk?s q) had way too much sauce on it. I suggest to order it with... the sauce on the side. Their tea was good. Read more
