I waited at the speaker for almost 10 minutes. I got no response. I called the store. The line went dead. I was on an Uber... delivery at the time. The store is meant to be open 24 hours. The app says closed, but Google Maps says 24hrs. Clearly yourdelivery partners think you're still open at this location as well. Workers don't want to work and take orders past 11pm. Rude mouths and attitudes at the drive thru. Will let you just sit at the... drive thru until you pull off after waiting 30 minutes, YES 30 minutes, from lack of service or at least an acknowledgement.This is in a BLACK neighborhood and it feeds into the stereotype that BLACK people are LAZY and don't want to work!!!! This isthe second night in a row this has happened. Last night they said they were only taking doordash orders. Fries always cold and fried too hard. Service okay. They always forget something each time I go. I go for breakfast, lunch,... dinner. Never have ice cream. Buns are not fresh ant anytime I purchase a sandwich. Chicken nuggets fried too hard but kidseat anyway. Read more
I do not recommend this McDonald?s at all. I sat waiting at the intercom for 10-15 min after someone had just ordered to pull up... to the window for them to tell me they are closed. How are you closed when you?re supposed to be open 24 hours ? And even if youwere some communication would be nice instead of having a whole line of people sitting there waiting. Drive thru was a long wait I ordered a smoothie. Was told to go wait in drive thru number 1. Of course I was forgotten. Went in... waited in line. Even the Manager was getting orders wrong. He said the reason was we are short handed. I asked the person whotold me to wait in number 1. That I was waiting for a smoothie showed her where I paid for it. Went thru the drive thru yesterday and wanted food. I couldn't believe that a restaurant had food like what I got from there.... French fries n a burger. The food was old n cold and I actually found a hair on top of my burger ???? paper. Needless to say Ifor sure wasn't eating my 7$ meal nor was I going to get more food from there .. I don't recommend eating at the McDonald's Ivisited yesterday the one at the intersection in Birmingham.... across the street from the grave yard. It was wow gross. I'llnever go there again. Beyond trashy and awful attitudes. You can tell none of them want to work there. I get it, you?re working at McDonald?s to... provide for your kids so it?s nothing to be happy about but don?t take it out on the customers.
