I payed $60 for some chitterlings that was not clean at all. I discovered a video on Instagram of the owner just rinsing off the... chitterlings and not removing the lining which is the proper way to clean them. So he is charging $60 to $250 for somechitterlings that still has the waste in them. He needs to be stopped before someone seriously gets sick from eating theseimproperly cooked pork. Read more
Lob House (aka Tasty Eats So Yummy). What a disgusting person by way of his attitude and carelessness. Look within, heal, and... understand we owe you nothing but the money we pay in exchange for your food (that was nasty and had to be reported to the FDAfor not cleaning your chitterlings per word of mouth and the info DEFINITELY checked out to the point you posted a video of youcleaning the chitterlings and even in the video, you did a bad job so I know its true). We come to support you and you treatpeople horribly. Providing a food service means you have to have good customer building skills and be sanitary or risk having nocustomers at all. Maybe stick to serving your family and close friends bc publicly, you have too many bad reviews and cant hidebehind Tasty Eats So Yummy. Also, were you in Nashville before coming to Birmingham? If so, why the relocation? Were you forcedfrom a different state and decided to come to Birmingham and NOW youve even been forced to change your name on social media dueto Lob House reviews? Thats alot of change in a short period of time. Again, I speak healing in your life bc hurt people hurtpeople. You repeatedly cross the line via your unprofessionalism, per the reviews. Chitterlings was not clean and didn't taste clean just a waste of money. All the lining of was still on the... chitterlings...everyone that has cooked and cleaned chitterlings knows the lining has to be removed in order to be fullycleaned. Rude, Disrespectful, Cantankerous(disagreeable to deal with; contentious; peevish) Unfortunately, this describes what I... experienced when encountering this chef when visiting his business for the first time. WOW! He was unwilling or unable toexplain the process of placing an order to a person trying to place an order to support his business for the first time. He wasnot answering the phone and spoke harshly to a customer who was there to pick up the order placed two days earlier. I told him Iwould never place an order from his business and would give him an honest rating online. I waited a few hours before postingthis to provide facts instead of a bunch of anger. I cannot reward poor customer service with one cent. The people who rated youpoorly due to your lack of customer service skills and poor attitude were spot-on in their reviews. Unfortunately, it seemsyou've deemed yourself a 'celebrity' chef and drank your own kool-aid because people on social media give great comments basedon the appearance of your food. You're losing local customers while basking in the glow of TikTok remarks from people who willnever visit your business. Meeting you today was very disappointing. Very very rude very very poor customer service very very poor communication skills after driving 2hours because he told us we... would be the last order over the phone get there to find out we was at the wrong building so after finding the rite building heact as if we never talked and like we where harassing him so yea we never got the order to be honest after pulling up andseeing what I seen I was good?. it looks like he made a home and a business out of a abandoned building ((shop at your ownrisk)) social media really has made him beside himself.
