If I can give this place 0/5 stars I would have done that. On Tuesday August 23 during afternoon between 3:30pm-4:15pm. I went... to buy my boba drink. I received a coupon buy 1 and get one free. The guy at the casher didn't know how to scan it, so he askedthe girl in the back to come scan it. That girl wasn't so friendly. Both of the drinks I placed with a friend was mainly filledwith ice. My drink wasn't even filled to the top. The guy was the one that made my drink. Unfriendly staff. I won't recommendanyone to go buy from there. Read more
Delicious!!! We got the taro milk tea, brown sugar dalgonatte, brown sugar milk tea, and strawberry milk tea with brown sugar... boba today! Usually I get macarons also (the strawberry smoothie is probably my favorite of them) but I didn't today since myhands were so full of bubble tea! A great place to get it! Highly recommend if you haven't been there. Plus, it's in thegalleria so you can enjoy your boba while you shop. It's definitely worth it! Read more

Service was good. This store mandates patrons to wear a mask and its appreciative that they will supply a mask, if needed. ... Ordered lychee on lychee at the normal sweetness level. Its comparable to the Starbuck refresher with dragonfruit. The size ofthe cup in comparison, you get more for your money at Kokee. Read more

We tried the Brown Sugar and the Coconut bubble tea drink that they have, it was really nice even the boba in the drink tastes... so good and sweet. I would suggest that you get their regular sugar level rather than the 75%.. the regular ones, taste so muchbetter. But yeah, if you're watching your sweetness levels, then go for the 75%.. the bitter taste of the tea is alreadysomewhat evident in that level.. Masks are still required inside and you wait outside after paying for your order. Prices rangearound $7. Will definitely visit again. Read more
