Im at the Dr with my hubby in BHM, and called and ask if they had the buffet because some KFCs don?t and the woman that answered... said look it up online. I?ll never eat at this restaurant. Maybe they need to close it. People are just rude and don?t careabout customers. The customers are who gets you paid for doing your job. Maybe learn some good customer service. Read more
Sharon at the drive thru has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever run in to in my life. When I asked her name... so I could report her to the management she would not say and slammed the window shut. I went to this store after work on Saturday to get an 8 piece, chicken only bucket. I did not look inside the bucket until a... couple of hours later. There were 4 thighs, 3 drumsticks, 1 side breast inside. Seriously! The last time I checked, a wholechicken consisted of 2 wings, 2 thighs,, 2 breasts, and 2 drumsticks. I paid $18.59 for a box of dark chicken. Ridiculous andinsulting. I will not do it again. I am in this business so I understand that prices have skyrocketed post COVID but do theright thing. After I got home and tried to eat the food I realized why there were no other customers eating in or in the drive through. I... tried to use a "Two Can Dine" coupon that did not expire until December. The cashier said "we don't have two can dine anymore."If you are not going to take coupons, put a sign on the door or better yet QUIT PRINTING THEM. That's false advertising. So Ihad to order the WAY overpriced meals. I ordered the three piece with a breast. What I got and was charged for was a big box andI was still charged a substitution fee too. I don't appreciate being cheated, first by not accepting the coupon and then beingcharged for the wrong order. I should not have to check behind the staff but obviously I should have. Then they gave me potatoesinstead of fries. So I had to go back in for that. Then when I got home the chicken was not edible. I HATE to waste food but Ihad no choice. One piece was so crunchy it was like eating rocks. The other one was stale / overcooked. It was literally garbage- probably cooked hours earlier or maybe even at lunchtime or the day before. The fries were shoestring (which I have never seenat KFC) and not good and were stale. I should have gotten a clue when I got there (7:45 P.M.) and the place was deserted - not acustomer in sight.
