We stopped while traveling from TN to MS since our 4 kids all love the subs. The staff would not let me use the restroom, as the... floor had just been mopped and the bathroom cleaned for the night at 5. We won't stop here when traveling again. Read more

Always heard how great it was.... no offense but they have nothing on Subway ?????? Was not impressed in the least, couldn't... even chew the bread, no chicken or steak, chips also barely chewable and didn't feel like they were friendly to me as acustomer, I was hardly acknowledged and made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience to them and what they had going on atthe time. I will probably not ever return as a result of the whole experience.... not that they will be affected either way,just saying lol???? Read more

Very Bad Service. Late 35 min The order was wrong and no sauce on side. I ask at the time of the order will the driver have... change. The order taker said yes. When it was delivered he only had $3. That left him with a $5 tip ( very convenient) when Icalled the girl name Laquita had a very ugly disposition. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION. By far the slowest Jimmy John?s I have ever ordered from. Food has been ?out for delivery? for over 35 minutes and still... waiting. ?Freaky Fast? doesn?t go hand in hand with location. We?ll see how this soggy mess it if it ever arrives because?sandwich? Read more

Used to be a regular here and was always in and out within 5 minutes and greeted with a smile. Much different experience this... time. Waited on my my order for about 10 minutes before being told that they were out of chicken. I was given a refund of mostlyquarters after having paid with a card. The place was a mess, employees arguing with (presumably) the manager. Nobody is in anykind of hurry and they act as though it is a burden to help a customer. I?ll never be back to this location and would notrecommend anyone order from here. Read more

I pretty much never leave bad reviews. If I don?t like a place I just don?t go back, but if this was my business I would want to... know and I don?t know how to contact anyone above the manager that was there today (If they were a manager). I used to eat atthis JJ?s 2-3 times almost every week. It?s been a little while cuz I burned myself out on the food but the service was alwaysgood. Today was a different story. No one said anything when I went inside. Thats ok. They seemed a little busy. After standingfor about 15 minutes waiting on my order and watching orders come off the line slower than I had ever seen I figured out whythere were busy. Everyone was waiting on their food. I decided to inquire on whether or not they got my order. Maybe the systemwas the issue. It was not. They had my order up on the line and hadn?t started on it yet even though they had made orders forcustomers that placed their orders long after I did and said they had just enough chicken left to make my sandwich and thenproceeded to start on it. That process took about another 5 minutes and then when they had to wrap my order in the paper theperson doing so, wrapped the sandwich so slowly that it seemed she was intentionally taking as much time as possible. I even hadto ask for the chips drink and cookie I ordered since they just handed me the sandwich and said here you go. That sounds pettyand picky but it was so slow that I actually laughed at how preposterous it was. It was like they intentionally were being asslow as possible. There was trash overflowing from the garbage can, piles of chips on tables with the chip ?shelves? messy andunorganized. Hopefully the owner sees this and can correct the issues before these employees turn away enough customers that hisbusiness suffers. I would be embarrassed to admit to owning an establishment with this terrible of a team working in it. Read more
