Sandwich was fine. It was not fast. The manager (assumed) was on her laptop in the front of the store when I got there. She was... not friendly, nor did she acknowledge my presence. I normally have great service at this location. But the last 2 times my order was incomplete or just wrong. The order I placed... tonight was the vito5 no cheese. I get a sub with no meat and it just had lettuce,tomatoes and cheese. I wasn't able to check myorder until they were already closed. 8 1/2 hrs(12hr shift)with no food working in the ER is tiring. Have eaten here once before, seemed short staffed but food was normal quality. Went back today and only had 2 folks making... sandwiches/taking orders at the busiest part of the day. The 2 seemed to have a disagreement about an order and one themslammed a knife on the cutting counter in frustration. Not sure how that played out as I immediately walked out and went toPanera down the road. Might be a while before going back to attempt again... *Update* I've been back twice since the abovereview with no issues. I went there today today due to the last 2 visits being good. However, the same lady mentioned abovewas working the assembly line, everything seemed fine until she started coughing as she was finishing my sandwiches up, therewas no effort in covering her mouth at all just kept coughing all over the top of my sandwiches. This completely grossed meout. I had already paid for the sandwiches and a line was already backed up and I didn't have tine to request a refund. Needless to say I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place has let me down 50 percent of my visits. Love these sandwiches, butnot sure if I will try again. I do not like to give bad reviews but others need to know. I do not know when but the great staff that was at this location is... gone. Very sad, the young lady making the lunch today was just nasty. While I was there watching she wiped the make line withher gloved hands and then reached to make our food. I stopped and asked her to please change her gloves. She did not appearaware that was not sanitary. When we got home we discovered the bread was overcooked and hard. We will not return to thislocation. Done. Read more
Always great and has turned into a weekly stop for lunch. The staff has always beed fast and friendly.
The sandwiches can be so simple but taste so much better than other sub sandwiches. Turkey Tom didn't disappoint.
