The place opens at 1030. The fence is still closed at 15 til 11. The person behind the fence mumbles ?1030 to 11? when asked... what time they opened. It isn?t either or. Pick one, Google states 1030. Based off the other reviews, this behavior isn?t out ofthe ordinary. I?d advise hiring new people. Read more

ordered chips and queso, was watered down sent it back and was told it?d only be five minutes. Waited thirty minutes and decided... to just get a refund on the queso when I was then greeted with two bowls of queso and chips to compensate for my thirty minutewait. Sat down, opened it, and found out that both bowls of queso were just as watery as the other one with lumps of cheese init. Might as well just fill a bowl up with water and throw cheese blocks in it and serve it. Read more

Very rude! The AA lady at the counter is apparently mute: does not say "Hi! How are you?" or anything, but just give a look that... said "what do you want", "sure and get out." The moment I walked away and look back, she greeted another AA customer with smileand hospitality. I have been eating here for awhile, and the food is adequate. But, the rude attitude of the employee here makesthe food tastes worst. One time they forgot to make my order, despite already charged my credit card, causing me to waste a lotof my busied time. If you believe that the attitude of the employee affects the quality of the service, I DO NOT recommend thisestablishment. Go to North Pavilion Food Court next to Women and Infant Center, the AA people there are much nicer, thus thefood served there tastes extra delicious. Read more

My friends and I come here all the time and always get the "love me tender chicken sandwich". We ordered the same thing today... and received a pork sandwich instead. We went up to workers and politely told them our problem. The workers told us that we werewrong in a hasty and unconcerned manner and shoved our food back to us over the counter. They refused to listen to us and fixour problem. Read more

Years ago my family and I went to Full Moon Bar-B-Que as a part of a family lunch. Although they were short staffed, the cashier... was friendly and attentive to our orders. After being accommodated for around 50 guests, they served each of us delicious food! The place is not huge but a good size to fit my family in. They serve full course meals for a fair price! I ate a barbequechicken meal with macaroni and cheese, collard greens, big cornbread and southern sweet iced tea!!! Everything was delicous!!!!This family owned business also delivers! A barbeque diner that delivers is a plus along with its convenient location aroundamenities!!!! I'd recommend anyone in the Birmingham area to stop by here for great food and service!!!! Read more

Legitimately the worst service i've had so far at UAB. I ordered 3 tenders, banana pudding, and a drink. Then, the cashier... didn't even give me my banana pudding so i went to my table. When i was buzzed, I came and got my box and had to look for helpto actually get my pudding. So, i go and sit down again and open up my box to find 2 tiny tenders and so i go back and I'm like,"hey i ordered 3 tenders and i only got 2." This lady then looks at me like i had just personally offended her so i'm like "I'mnot tryna be a dick I'm just hungry". So then she reluctantly gave me my third tender, but like, the hill student center isprimarily for UAB students. College students! students that are typically starving because all we can eat is campus dining. Ihad not eaten all day, like, of course I wanted to get what I paid for. The money my parents had to work hard for to buy me ameal plan. Read more

You can get a good meal from full moon at a specific time of the day. The lunch rush. Go then, get a decent BBQ meal. Anytime... else? Run far, run fast. The last two Friday nights I've eaten here have been awful. On one, the queso was cold. Queso is good, cold queso tastes like liquid sadness. The meat on my BBQ nachos was cold as well, as though they had taken it out of a fridge(probably had) and only made half an attempt to warm them. But tonight topped the list. I ordered a pork sandwich which isstandard BBQ fare. First bite, pig skin. I'm not talking about football, I'm talking actual pig skin, or something that looksvery similar. The rest of the meat was dry, and the beans were burned. Chucked it into the trash, where it belonged. There goes8 dollars I'll never get back. Their fries are consistently awful too. Driest fries I've ever had. Read more
