Fantastic food and even better service. From the moment you walk in the door they greet you with friendly smiles and they go the... extra mile to make your meal delightful and pleasant. The food was cooked to perfection, the drinks were perfect, and theportions were large. Our waiter was named Mike and he was fantastic, very pleasant to talk to and found the perfect balancebetween ensuring we had everything we needed without interrupting our meal. It was our anniversary and I wanted someplace nice to celebrate. It was only recently that I learned that Fleming's Prime... Steakhouse and Wine Bar was part of the Blooming Brands (Outback, Bone Fish, and Carrabbas's Italian Grill. A upscalealternative to Outback and in my opinion better than Ruth Chris. Using Open Table I booked a 5:45 pm reservation. Upon arrivingwe were seated at a booth which had been nicely decorated with confetti and a card with happy anniversary on it. Our server Gregquickly introduced himself and promptly took our drink order and brought us some bread and butter. We ordered the shrimpcocktail as our appetizer. The shrimp were jumbo and the cocktail sauce was freshly made. I highly recommend this appetizer. Iswitched up and ordered the Scottish Salmon with sautéed mushrooms and my wife stayed with her petite filet and a side ofFleming’s potatoes. It took a little while for our order to show up but the manager came by twice to check on us and said ourentrées were coming. It wasn’t that long of a wait but after the appetizer and bread it was better anyway. The Salmon wasdelicious and my wife’s petite filet was perfectly cooked and the Fleming’s potatoes were superb. We ordered the ChocolateLava cake and that was excellent too! It does take them a few minutes to get this dessert ready and if you have any allergies tonuts you will want to have them leave the pistachios off. We will definitely be back as the staff was very friendly andpleasant. The bar look very inviting and there are booths with a panoramic view of the restaurant just perfect for date night. Read more

We went there for our 25th anniversary dinner the other night and we had a fantastic time! We ordered seafood tower for 2 which... might as well would have been our dinner because it was plenty for both of us. But since this place is known for their greatsteak, we split 14oz ribeye also which was just awesome also - we ordered mashed cauliflower which was equally delicious! Theygave us complimentary champagne, chocolate truffles and their recipe cards. They also decorated our table with confetti and thewaiting staff (several of them) as well as the manager came over and congratulated us. It really couldn’t have been a betterdining experience. Excellent!! cost high? Yes and worth every succulent bite! Steak was perfectly seasoned that it did no justice when used with... steak sauce or wirchestire...ate it as is!! Vegetables were seasoned too, I'm not too fond off Brussels sprouts, but after onetaste, I was a groupie.!!I was always reluctant to try these upscale spots because of the "lack of taste or seasoning" to thefood. Not here, I will be back routinely to try ALL their dish. Our server SARAH was down to earth, polite and a positive.AND to to off our night, CHARLES BARKLEY spoKe to me as I was coning in and we later spoke like everyday people!
