This place is adorable and they have a lot of lovely options. The quality of the coffee is very good and there are lots of well... thought out options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. That said, the food items look good but lack quality to back upthe price. A drip coffee and bagel was $10 before tip. That is wildly overpriced. The to go lids are awful. The coffee spillseverywhere and I ended up with hot coffee on my hand and down my leg with the lid still on. It was humbling. I just wanteddecent caffeine. I gave it an open minded second chance and still had $2 worth of coffee on me and the sidewalk. Again, staffis lovely and so is the atmosphere and coffee. It?s a shame about the lids and baked goods Read more

Really nice place... the baristas are kind and friendly, the espresso is great, AND they're now making their lattes with organic... milk! I got the pumpkin one with some vanilla bean added in this morning... VERY yummy. If you're getting it to go, bring yourown mug for a discount (and because it just feels better; every little thing helps). Thank you guys for being here in Bham!???????? Read more

Tried the Birmingham Fog and it was very tasty. Don't think I'll be back though, since I paid $8 for that drink, and that's not... even with a tip! So so overpriced, and the parking situation is pretty stressful. Read more

This is a cute little spot. The pros: 1. There is outside seating 2. A lot of good menu items including a long list of teas. 3.... A lot of seating inside including upstairs seating. Seems to be plenty of outlets if you are hoping to plug your computer in andwork. The cons: 1. There are no outlets outside to plug your computer in and work. The outside area is right downtown and thereis a lot of commotion 2. The only parking is really on the street in metered parking. You do have to pay with an app that needsdownloaded. 3. I got the season maple latte with oat milk and it was average. Overall, I would probably rank this place a 3.5.I am looking for a coffee shop that I can work from with easily accessible parking. I love staying where I can walk to a local coffee shop. I was thrilled to be able to visit Filter. Service was quick, order was... correct, and my scone and cold brew were great! I hate I was only able to stop in once. Read more

I'm wondering why this place isn't rated higher. Fantastic ingredients, great bulk coffee, consistently tasty espresso shots... (seriously, that can be hard to find), and delicious sandwiches. Their food tastes very homestyle because it is, and the recipesare pretty impressive. I'm honestly unsure of how their prices are so low, all things considered. Read more

Tucked away yet right in the center of 5 Points. I loved sitting in the window and watching everything go by. The shop is super... cute and quaint. Nice and quiet too. It is a bit pricy, but the coffee choices are original. I got the Caffeinated Bee, and Iwould highly recommend it to any latte lovers out there. Read more

This nice little quaint coffee parlor is located in Five Points South! They have a nice variety of items on the menu. I went... very plain and had the hot chocolate! The inside is very nicely decorated. There's also an upstairs seating section. Prices aremoderately priced.???????? If you happened to be on the south side and you want a latte ????? or cappuccino and doesn't necessarily have to be fromStarbucks????, I do recommend you check them out!???????? Read more
