I?ve been wanting to visit this cafe since I knew it existed! I was on 280 for a dentist appointment and decided to stop by... afterwards for lunch. The location is great for those that live on 280 and the storefront is so cute. I ordered a sugar freebrown sugar cinnamon iced latte and the pimento cheese BLT with a side of chips. The prices were great I thought and everythingwas delicious! The seating in the cafe really caught my eye. I sat on a beautiful red sofa, but there were also comfy armchairs,bar height tables, some other small couches, and even a small row of retro stadium chairs for you to wait for you to-go food in!They also had about 6 outdoor tables as well with umbrellas. This place is amazing! We had our daughter?s 13th birthday party here and it was a huge success! Amber, the owner/manager was... simply wonderful and went over the top to help with everything including helping with decorating and providing anything weneeded. This small café is very unassuming and doesn't look like much from the outside but as soon as you step in you will understand... why it gets such good reviews. The space is inviting and well decorated but the staff is what really sets it apart. Everyone Ihave had a chance to interact with, and we have been back quite a few times, was very warm, welcoming and happy to help. Theyhave plenty of great lunch options, from soups to salads and even some more substantial dishes for those hungry teens. All ofthe dishes I have had, or sampled from other members in the family, have been tasty. On top of that, they also do a great jobat the basics, which is their coffee and drinks. In fact, they even have options for the kids. My daughter begs us to stop forthe kids frappe anytime we are in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend. Read more

If the goal is to offer a welcoming space where the community can connect, then East 59 Cafe has truly surpassed the target! We... held an event there for ~40 on Memorial Day weekend. I was blown away by all of the character in the space. It was beautiful!Minimal, if any, decorations were needed. The AV system was great and easy to use. Amber was Amazing! She responded quickly, andmade sure we had everything we needed to pull off our event! Special shout out to Rudy and Kiri who went above and beyond tomake sure we had everything we needed the night of the event! We felt so welcomed in the space, and our guest couldn't stopcomplimenting the venue! We will surely patronize East 59 in the future. Thanks for raising the bar! Read more

Definitely a hidden gem for events off of Highway 280. We hosted an event for 150+ people at this café. Amber, the owner, was... amazingly easy and professional to work with. We were able to set up seating for a talk and then enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvresprepared by the kitchen. All of our guests commented on how incredible the food was, as well as how hospitable the staff was atEast 59 Café.
