If the employees were as good as the coffee ; it would have been a better experience. In an empty store they dustbin acknowledge... I was even at the counter , even though I greeted when I walked up . So I decided to put in a mobile item . Three ppl came inafter I saw their interaction with them was different . Once I got my mobile order . I was going to sit in and drink my coffeeand eat . Butttt When I tried to thank them and wish them a great day . Nope still like I didn?t exist . I didn?t feelcomfortable sitting in there . I completely understand when ppl say they don?t see color . Their wax a customer in there whoacknowledged me and apologized to me as he held the door open for . So obviously their behavior is noticeable to others . Placed order online. Got to the drive through. Sat for 2/3 min no answer. 5:37am Went to window lady looks at me and rolls her... eyes and proceeds to put the donut racks up and never helps me 5:45 I go to front door locked?.. I finally left?.. this Dunkinhas the worst customer service. I have been going to Dunkin? Donuts every day for about 5 years? this is awful. Blonde woman running the store is probably the rudest person i?ve ever met in my life. She absolutely does NOT belong in... customer service because she genuinely doesnt like customers. She doesnt greet anyone, nor does she make eye contact with youwhen you walk in or when she talks to you. She doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk in. We have been too this location 2 times now. And the blonde headed lady has been extremely rude every single time we go their.... Please be nice to people. Amber that works here is absolutely FANTASTIC and truly has the best customer service! If she isn't the general manager,... somebody give that girl a promotion!! She totally understood when I was mildly disappointed that they didn't have any croissantsand ended up making my breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. She also gave me a free half dozen donuts to make up for it...even though the fact that they didn't have croissants was of no fault of her own. Super sweet girl with a fantastic attitude!! Blonde lady running the store was extremely rude to her employees in front of customers! Apparently she was complaining that she... would have to run the store alone and rudely ordering them around to do things and giving them instructions for the day, priorto taking care of customers in the lobby. I understand work can be stressful and days may not go as planned, but be nice! Theworld is already ugly enough-don?t add to it! As a manager, be an example! Read more
I?ve been to this location 4 times already. 1st time they were out of doughnuts. 2nd time, the employees were arguing with each... other across the counter. 3rd and 4th time they got my coffee order wrong. All I wanted was an iced latte. I have not been happywith this location. Read more
Well I can't tell you how the donuts or coffee are because I didn't get to order. Arrived at 7:00pm. The sign on the door said... open till 8:00pm. There was a blonde haired woman mopping that never acknowledged me as I walked in. Thinking maybe she wasclosing early I asked if they were still serving. She said "ughhhhh!!!!" And rolled her eyes and slammed her mop down and wentbehind the counter. I just said nevermind and went on over to Krispy Kreme. I have NEVER seen such poor costumer service.
