I did a mobile order but I guess I sent it to the other Dunkin in Homewood. They said not a problem! They made my drink and gave... me my donut so quickly. I asked about payment and they said not to worry. The young man that helped me in the drive thru was sofriendly and helpful. He says it happens all the time. Ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut syrup and picked out two donuts. The coffee was just a basic iced latte....could not taste... hazelnut at all which I paid for. Donut order was messed up and both were stale. Do better Dunkin. Going back to Starbucks. Gaveyou a shot. You messed it up. Read more
Jasmine is one of the best employees there! I always get the same iced coffee, but she gave me some other delicious caramel... options to fix my cravings; very personable and inviting barista who works well under pressure. Sign on the door said mobile order only, so we went in and I was going to place a mobile order and take it and go. The employee... behind the counter asked what my mobile order was and I told them I was going to place a mobile order but the app said they wereaccepting any? They then explained that ?that?s what they were trying to tell me? but that was never said in the originalconversation. We left and went to Starbucks instead. Absolutely would not come back here. I've finally found something at Dunkin that I like! Avocado toast w/bacon and the avocado toast w/roasted tomato(not pictured).
Always a great quick breakfast. Obsessed with the mocha latte with oatmilk. Service was exceptional today! The crew was fast and... helpful through drive-thru. Even saved me a little money so I sent it back in the tip jar. Well earned. Keep it up Dunkin onLakeshore. Read more
Google shows their open till 8:00 p.m. when I pulled up at 7:28, the automated drive-thru voice politely told me they were... closed and to come back when they were open. If that's the case, y'all should update your posting on Google. Read more
