used to come here almost everyday but stopped after they made me pull to the parking lot for only one small hot cappuccino,... which i still didnt get after waiting there for 20 min. i wish they would tell u there would be a wait before taking ur payment.So i went inside cuz i was running late for class. and what they finally ended up giving me wasnt a cappucino, in fact itliterally tasted like sewage water and was so bad it was completely undrinkable. so i had to spend extra time for them to make anew one. waste of time also i remember coming here a few months ago at like 2:45PM even tho their hours said they closed at 4,and the workers were hiding and saying they were closed lol Read more

They lie about their prices!!! The price I paid was a dollar more than what was listed behind the counter! When I pointed it out... the employee just said, "Oh, that's been up there awhile. I don't have anything to do with it." Of course, the manager wasn'tthere. I want to know how long ago the prices went up and they haven't bothered to change the sign??? Very poor management!!! I knew the drive through was slow so I tried to go inside, but it was closed. Waited in line for over 35 minutes only to have... one of the workers friends walk up to the window before me and spend forever talking and ordering so I had to wait even longer.Not to mention there is trash everywhere and it generally looks unkept. Sad to see this location being run so poorly. Read more
Normally I have a terrible experience at this Dunkin? Donuts. But today I was having a particularly hard day and hen was working... at the counter. She was so kind and welcoming and helpful ancourteous. It was such a pleasant experience that I will definitelybe back just due to her. I hope someone recognizes her skill and talent and gives her some sort of raise or promotion becauseout of all the people have met here. AND the ONLY one that me the way a customer should be treated respectfully and withdignitary. Read more
