used to come here almost everyday but stopped after they made me pull to the parking lot for only one small hot cappuccino,... which i still didnt get after waiting there for 20 min. i wish they would tell u there would be a wait before taking ur payment.So i went inside cuz i was running late for class. and what they finally ended up giving me wasnt a cappucino, in fact itliterally tasted like sewage water and was so bad it was completely undrinkable. so i had to spend extra time for them to make anew one. waste of time also i remember coming here a few months ago at like 2:45PM even tho their hours said they closed at 4,and the workers were hiding and saying they were closed lol Read more

Normally I have a terrible experience at this Dunkin? Donuts. But today I was having a particularly hard day and hen was working... at the counter. She was so kind and welcoming and helpful ancourteous. It was such a pleasant experience that I will definitelybe back just due to her. I hope someone recognizes her skill and talent and gives her some sort of raise or promotion becauseout of all the people have met here.
