It's great in a pinch but you cannot used your app or pay with gift card.
This is unlike any chick FIL a I have ever been to. I spent my entire 30 min lunch waiting for my order. I was ten late for... work.... No apology when I got the food. I was told they had to cook more nuggets and gave my order to another customer! I askedfor a refund bc I couldn't wait any longer and they looked at me like I was crazy. I'm a patient person but wow, 30 min to waiton fast food is ridiculous. I won't be back. Management needs to shake things up and figure out where the inefficiencies are.Plenty of folks working but not a lot of moving to get customers taken care of. Worst chick-fil-a ever. The workers were rude and the food was dry. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
I never leave reviews but here goes. Located inside UAB (Jefferson Towers) This location is rude, inefficient and slow. One girl... working the register. 3 people behind me got their order before I got mine. We ordered the same thing. The cashier then asked mewhat I had ordered. Think she overlooked me altogether. Never said ?I?m sorry.? No one smiles and no one says ANYTHING, ever!Very poor management! Oh! A drink had been spilled in front of the cashier and no one bothered to clean it for the longest. Iwas there almost 25 minutes and customers were having to walk over the mess to place their orders. Very HAZARDOUS! Read more
Waited in long line only to find out they don't take American Express. No signs other than they take credit cards. Went next... door at Subway who takes AX. While waiting heard another person in Chick-fil-A being told they don't take AX. Read more
First off, thank you for serving food. I don?t want this location to close. That being said, in no kind of way is this a... ?Chick-fil-A ? experience. The workers are rude. I asked for buffalo sauce for my salad instead of dressing. I was given applecider vinaigrette. I was friendly in asking if I could swap it (before leaving counter, I could see it wasn?t what I ordered). The worker stated ?that?s what you ordered?. huh? Extremely rude. But again I am appreciative of food while staying with myfamily member in the hospital. The food was not awful but truly just food. This is the absolute worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The customer service is trash. The food came out cold. I ordered a... Cobb salad for my wife and waited over 20 minutes for it. The salad was only lettuce and chicken. Nothing else. My sandwich andnuggets felt like they had just come out of a fridge. Fries were not much better. There were only 5 customers in the store. Theywere not busy at all. They were just to busy arguing amongst themselves. One in the kitchen loudly announced that she was notworried about it because she was on the phone trying to figure out something about her car.
