It's great in a pinch but you cannot used your app or pay with gift card.
This is unlike any chick FIL a I have ever been to. I spent my entire 30 min lunch waiting for my order. I was ten late for... work.... No apology when I got the food. I was told they had to cook more nuggets and gave my order to another customer! I askedfor a refund bc I couldn't wait any longer and they looked at me like I was crazy. I'm a patient person but wow, 30 min to waiton fast food is ridiculous. I won't be back. Management needs to shake things up and figure out where the inefficiencies are.Plenty of folks working but not a lot of moving to get customers taken care of. Worst chick-fil-a ever. The workers were rude and the food was dry. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
I never leave reviews but here goes. Located inside UAB (Jefferson Towers) This location is rude, inefficient and slow. One girl... working the register. 3 people behind me got their order before I got mine. We ordered the same thing. The cashier then asked mewhat I had ordered. Think she overlooked me altogether. Never said ?I?m sorry.? No one smiles and no one says ANYTHING, ever!Very poor management! Oh! A drink had been spilled in front of the cashier and no one bothered to clean it for the longest.
