As I waited for my receipt the cashier rudely asked me what I was waiting for and told me to move over to the side. How about... you give me a receipt please. She spent about half her time on the phone as she was serving everyone food making us all waitlonger. Read more

The card reader was blank when I bought breakfast this morning. It made the transaction difficult. While handling the credit... card payment, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and talked down to me because I wasn?t following the invisibleprompts??? I have never been treated as rudely as I was this morning while ordering. It's so unfortunate that anyone traveling through this... airport would be subject to this. Chick-fil-A has always had such a high standard for customer service so I'm not sure how itmissed this location. Read more

3/23/19 - I had to leave without food & without a refund. There was no line to have our order taken but after the orders were... taken the wait was long...so long in fact I?m still waiting! Unfortunately, for everyone, we didn?t have a lot of time (airportand all) but the kitchen sure didn?t help matters either. They kept messing up people?s orders and slowing down the wait evenmore. After 15 minutes I told the staff that our plane was boarding and while she tried to help the food never came before Iheard ?last call? over the intercom. I had to leave with a bag of fries and didn?t have time to get refund. Next time I?m in theairport I will try and get a refund and then report back. Same as most reviews, disappointed in the quality of this chickfila. Hash browns were hot and fresh but the sandwich was cold... and the fruit was looking a bit haggard.. also heard them tell a customer they ran out of napkins at 6am. Feel guilty leavingone star because the lady was polite and the service was fast, but only because the food was staged to speed things up. Read more
