Worst service of any Burger King I've ever been to. Took her 5 minutes to understand what I was asking for (cheeseburger with... only tomato and onion) then she put cheeseburger only ketchup and onion in the computer. I saw it on the prompter so I said notketchup, we want tomato. She said yeah yeah I got it. Then we got a cheeseburger with ketchup and onion. The second thing weordered was a chicken sandwich no mayo. There was only mayo no lettuce. It also took 10 min for them to make. Read more

I had the worst service here this morning well I didn't even get service. I stopped at the Burger King location in Homewood... Alabama off oxmore road this morning as I always do on my way to work. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes before I wasable to make it to the intercom and they drive through and I sat there for about 10 minutes before I finally said hello I saidhello twice and the lady rudely got on the intercom and told me that she heard me she knew I was there and I told her that shecould have at least informed me that she needed a minute she immediately started yelling at me and said I was yelling at herwhich I was not and she told me that if I did not shut my mouth that she had the right to refuse me service and she did refuseme service so I drove off I am one of the managers at floor and decor our store managers gets breakfast for the whole store hereat least once a month but we will not be coming there anymore the people that work in that establishment need a serious courseon customer service I waited in that line for 25 minutes was late to work and was not able to even get service because of therude employees that work there if I could give a 0 I would. Wow you wouldn't believe what I witnessed.... First I want to say the cashier on the drive thru was so nice even if my order was... wrong. Kindness supercede a lot of things. I was waiting for my order when a spider jumped on my window and the cashier go somewater and tossed it on my window for me... Bravo. Receiving my order I drove off and got a ways and realized my order was wrong.I turned around and went inside. The cashier apologized sincerely for the mistake. Now here is the crazy part. The Manager wasso rude. Arguing with her about the order being wrong in front of me. She was so disrespectful just talking down to her like shewas nothing. This was absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever been to In My Life. Staff didn't care about this white boy. Also the... atmosphere was very bleak. The Burger King I'm referring to is the one on Oxmoor Road at Green Springs Highway. I'll never goback to that location. Read more
Waited my entire lunch break to pick up a mobile order, they keep 1 car at the menue to take the order and cut off the machine... that keeps window time. Employees are nice but unprofessional. Read more
Me: "I'd like 2 milks." [Order placed] Employee hands me two apple juices Me: "These are supposed to be milk." Employee: "We... don't have milk." THEN I get home and both of my chicken sandwiches are wrong (one was add tomato, one add cheese - both areplain). I came inside because the order is usually messed up in the drive-thru so tried this instead. Tired of trying, justadding this to the list of places not to bother with.
