Ordered 3 meals for $35.07 got to drive thru paid was pulled ahead 26 mins later I re I've a small bag with 3 burgers smashed... into the bag. Asked about the fries they had to go back and hmget them also told them about our drink that we haven't receivedthem she brings the fries no drinks has to then go back in and get the drinks. Although the workers are polite, the store only take cash & exact change @ Certain times and offer no receipt. Get orders wrong... and run out of essentials. After the long time food i get is cold. I wouldn't even call it "SERVICE" but to say the service was HORRIFIC would be putting it mildly ????. Ordering was a long wait... and a chore. They said they no longer have one of their signature burgers, out of Dr. Pepper and Coke ????. Gave me a fewoptions and that's IT! Attitude left much to be desired ????. Doesn't deserve one star. Worst whopper I've ever had. Asked for no onions and if course had onions. The employees always... unfriending and never give you a receipt when you ask for one. Guess they don't want people to do the survey on back. At leastif you ordered online and do the survey from your email a representative will give you a credit but I won't be using it at theForestdale location. Always a bad experience. I hate to do this, but I have just left this BK and the food was the worse I have ever had at any restaurant. I have no words to... explain the taste and/or smell. I get nauseous thinking about it. We got breakfast croissants - egg and bacon. Never again!!! Read more
