They delivered ALL of our food to our office today!! Unlike all the other places these days- UBER Eats, Door Dash, etc NEVER... deliver us the correct order and/or leave stuff out. Horrible experience. Dropped by to grab a quick lunch, waited 20 min for my food. My order was incorrect, soggy, the rice was... old and hard, none of the ingredients were fresh; 4 miniscule piece of meat in the entire dish which I assume was supposed to beHunan Pork. This use to be my go for Chinese food. Never again. I?m guessing employees have changed but the customer service is trash. Today... was the final straw. I called and placed my order over the phone. A young lady answered and put me on hold to discuss a driverslocation. Fine. Then still having me on hold she begins to discuss cream she has to rub all over her body that?s good forblisters. I ended up hanging up and calling right back. I order chicken fried rice no vegetables. The only way I?ve ever orderedit and I?ve spoken to her before to order. Sweet and sour chicken no vegetables. Food delivered and vegetables in everything.So I called the restaurant. No remorse or even an apology. She tells me I have to be very specific when ordering and she didn?thear me say no vegetables in the chicken fried rice only the sweet and sour chicken. Really? Unfortunately, I didn?t to take pictures before discarded. I order 3 meals from the lunch menu and all look like it was... leftovers from previous day and reheated. Rice was hard and dry, LoMein was dry and had the tiniest shrimp possible which whererubbery from being over cooked. Disappointed $30 went to the trash rather than to nourish my kids.Just a waste of money forsure?. Make sure to check your meal before leaving. Read more
