My wife and I order two #5 meals and ask for the food to be cook fresh because we don't like to eat old food. About 3 minutes... later the cashier called us up to get our food. My wife and I tasted the fries and they were cold and old. We then check oursandwiches and they were old as well. We told them that our orders was not fresh and that we wanted a refund. This place is not 24 hours. I work with Uber eats and they were closing at 3 but said they officially don't close until 4am. So... why shut down your systems at 3? It was a nightmare. The entire parking lot was full of dashers because of this. They had noproof of orders because of this faulty system. It took some people 2 hours to get their food. Read more
Just left from here and the customer service is great. I haven't ate at Arby's in like 10yrs and they were open tonight so I... just gave it a try. The food is fresh, the two black women working tonight was absolute sweet and amazing. I will be coming backto this location! Read more
Drive thru was taking too long almost drove away the order taker was CARELESS and I could tell so I reiterated my specific order... and she STILL got it wrong I had to drive back around bc the wrong order was also cold! The staff that night wasn't servingcustomers they were pushing them through and throwing bad food at them but I wasn't having it. When I got back to the orderwindow I explained everything and she TRIED TO WAIT ME OUT!!! Eventually she told me to drive thru and then said I got what Iordered but I wasn't having it we got into an argument until a manager intervened and made everything right while the whole ofthe staff retreated into the office. I Had a taste for lamb/Greek gyros, and curly fries, haven't had any in a while, plus had a 2 for $6 coupon too!!!! Oh it was... on!! Visited Arby's on the Southside, they were, fresh, lots of meat absolutely delicious!!!!! I inhaled the first one before Icould leave the drive thru window!!! Got so full couldn't eat the second one, hard as I tried, didn't want to give it to myoldest son, but I did, he called 15 minutes later and said, mommy that gyro was the bomb, it was fresh as hell and meaty, damn,it was good"????????????????
