The drive through was simply awful. Our dog got the RB sliders since he didn't mind that they were cold, on stale buns, with... most of the cheese stuck to the inside of the box. Plus they had no Arby's sauce packets so we got a plastic cup of BBQ sauce ¬ one single napkin available, they were out! When I asked for a paper towel or something to help with that cup of sauce,they finally found napkins in the dining room. Nadia needs customer service training. Asking every 2 minutes if we are ready to order is rude. When people are ready they will... come up to the register. Also talking about customers while they are still in the stor is gross. I hate eating out late at night. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice. My curly fries were cold. The beef and cheddar was... horrible. Tje cashier was swirling the peach syrup in my lemonade with a knife like she was making some type of concoction. Lookat the photo attached that was the cheddar on my cold bun. Food was good, BUT.... The place was nasty. The chairs are visibly very nasty and dirty. You can tell very easily that there... wasn't a deep cleaning to the restaurant in quite a while. I saw they had a health score of 90. I know why now. Also, it's2019. Please don't use rolling towel dispensers. Place needs a remodel and a deep clean. Read more
