The drive through was simply awful. Our dog got the RB sliders since he didn't mind that they were cold, on stale buns, with... most of the cheese stuck to the inside of the box. Plus they had no Arby's sauce packets so we got a plastic cup of BBQ sauce ¬ one single napkin available, they were out! When I asked for a paper towel or something to help with that cup of sauce,they finally found napkins in the dining room. Nadia needs customer service training. Asking every 2 minutes if we are ready to order is rude. When people are ready they will... come up to the register. Also talking about customers while they are still in the stor is gross.
