The general manager is extremely rude. The man I spoke to behind the counter was very professional and seems unimpressed with... the managers ways, and he was only crew. She was unprofessional and all around puts a bad face on this store location. Read more
Sharesa ( store 7139 ) wanted to put her nasty green fingers in my mother's face (almost 60yrs old) and tell her she would... MICROWAVE ARE FOOD TO BE HOT! We was dinning in me my mother and my 3yr old son .. when we ordered it took like 2 mins .. fries cook for 3 to 4 mins . So not possible they was fresh.. then the chz meat or fries was cold .. she touched are food withno gloves and said the cook didnt do his job .. then proceeded to be nasty to my mom .. said she didnt care about a refund didnthurt her feelings .. u had no hair net on with ur long braids ... no one I MEAN NO ONE WAS FRIENDLY EXCEPT THE ASIAN MAN(WONDERFUL) and yet I was so disrespected. . I pay money for HOT AND GOOD FOOD and they expect me to want it from a microwave... I can do that at my house .... just awful!! Will NEVER RETURN!! Sharesa needs to have a customer service lesson or just befired bc she doesn't kno how to talk to paying customers or her employees right .
