Went here and spent almost 100 the wings I ordered weren't fresh they never brought our celery carrots or ranch, they brought... out the adults food while our all child had to wait, you should never bring out half the party's food let alone ask a hungry 5year old to wait and watch everyone else wat. Not to mention I never did see our waitress again for a refill and the table waswet when we sat down which is a very nasty feeling on your arms. Definitely won't be back to this one Read more

Everything was fantastic. The only issue was I ordered extra crispy fries and was brought out fries that were cold and you... could tell was just sitting under a heater. I never understand when a server takes your food from the kitchen they are the onesthat get the complaint from the customer not the kitchen so ensure the kitchen gives you what your customer ask for. Hot friesis not hard to say to the kitchen. Dont make a customer wait. Just do it right the first time. If you work on tips you want tomake sure you bring it right the first time. Read more
Buffalo wild wings in birch run Started off good. Got to my table, while the drink was wrong, it was not due to the waitress, my... drink was delayed after the mix up, a bud light tall boy. We ordered our food and started with the onion rings, the largeplatter, they came out nice and hot, fried nicely with a nice golden brown color, Our food came out hot and ready boneless wingswere a little over sauced and my woman's wrap was poorly wrapped (wrapped relatively loose for a wrap) food was amazing however,and everything seem to be in order. Waitress was tentative, Grace, she had a nice Hustle through the floor and checked to makesure all is well, she was present with a smile, and an amazing attitude. Grace did not present our food rather another waitress:Gabby, she was quick and efficient, I would rather one waitress attend our table as my tip would go to her and not the otherwaitress. Service was terrible. The hosted seated us quickly. But it took the waitress Brianna 15 minutes to stop by initially. She... took our drink and food orders. However, the drinks took another 15 minutes to be deliver to our table. And this was onlybecause we had to stop her to ask what was taking so long. The food took about 45 minutes and this was again only after weasked the waitress how much longer. When she brought out the food, I could tell the how the kids' Mac and cheese meal had beenunder the heat lamp awhile because the aluminum tray was hot and the mac&cheese looked dry on top. The sampler platter also hada similar look as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. We see other tables that were seated after oursreceived their drinks and food in a much faster time. Our waitress kept walking by to other tables the whole time we werewaiting for drinks and food. How many times do you need to keep stopping at table that already received their food and drinkswhile we had been there for 15minutes without any service. This is unacceptable and needs to be corrected. Definitely do notrecommend the location and will not be stopping by the next time we are in Birch Run. Read more
